I had to laugh, here in Toledo they've been focusing on the increase in teen pregnancy rates and it really seems as if every single teenager I see has a cell phone almost permanently attached to their heads. So, if this is true, what I wonder is, how many more would be pregnant then?
Considering the group only involved 32 men...I have to say I'm skeptical and I can just hear it now, "honey it's okay...I have a cell phone!"

I attach my cell phone to my head permanently as "extra-birth control" :) It make's sense if you don't think about it too hard.
