I have added a few more yard signs, I'm up to 18 in the front yard and 19 if you count the extra one in the window. What has been funny is the few candidate supporters that stop over here (which is few because I live in a part of the City that doesn't have a high voting record) and their reaction to my sign assortment. They stop, look, I'm guessing to see if I have a sign for their particular candidate and the majority of them once they discover that I don't have a sign for their candidate, don't even bother to come up to the door, they leave their material either on my steps or barely on the porch. Only one pair of candidate volunteers for a candidate who's sign I didn't have came up to the door. I greeted them very friendly and when asked why I didn't have their candidates sign, I told them it was because I hadn't been given one. They said they were going to drop one off, but I guess they decided they didn't want to join the crowd in my front yard.
It has however created quite a stir in my neighborhood...The only thing else that could possibly point to my house would be one that said "Blogger lives here".
Miguel's looking forward to the election being over so that he can get his wife and his front yard back...

Hey Lisa Renee,
Just tell Miguel it's a sign of the times. Or, maybe signs of the time.
I told him he should be thankful that I'd never run for office.
:-)
LMAO, you should be sure to take a picture of your yard before you take them all down!
I only have 2 signs, no one ever even came to the house to drop anything off :-( they don't love me...LOL
19 signs! That MUST be a record...and a very impressive one at that. :)
I had just one lonely sign until this past weekend when someone (smarta** teenagers, I'm guessing) stole ALL of the political signs in my neighborhood. ALL OF THEM.
Lucky for me, I was able to get another sign. But really, why steal signs? What is the point??
I have some pictures and Christine took one recently too but I've added one sign since then. I promise to take pictures before they come down though and will post them.
Sides Holly and Traci you both know I'm crazy...
:-)
Hmmm, now I'm a thinkin' for which elective position should we run LisaRenee. Hmmmmm.
lmao Roland, I will leave that to those who are much better qualified...Like you.
:-)
I had four, and thought that might be excessive. Especially since they were all Republican and that's not at all how I voted.
But, yes, LisaRenee for office would be good. Can I vote?

Mayor, of course ;-)
After the Charlatan, Lisa would be a very refreshing change, a change for stability and uncommon sense.
I'd even put up yard signs for Lisa, like I used to for a councilman named Carty, but that was before he went crazy from being a strong mayor.
