The name "Cheapoair" conjures up...

The visual that comes to mind when I first heard the name cheapoair I thought of a cut rate place where hamsters are used to run the servers and you waited in long lines similar to standby to be able to get a good deal. Or you had to book so far in advance with other hard terms like "only valid on the second Tuesday of November in a year ending in an odd number".

In reality though, while the flight prices that I checked out seem to be very "cheap" the service is not cheap as far as what it offers to you. You get your first hint to that when you read the motto of Cheapo Air, “One Click or Call Does It All, Call Customer Support 24/7 at 212-478-0335”. Out of curiousity I called the number to see how quick it was before I got a live person, having had experience with other places that promised cheap prices but you had to wait over 20 minutes to get a live person. I'm happy to report that it took less than a minute to connect to an agent. The website was experiencing some technical difficulties earlier, but that's bound to happen to almost any company and it appeared they resolved it quickly. The only suggestion I'd have when it comes to an error message is that they put the phone number on the error page so that people have an alternative form of contact.
