Perks in job offers...

My oldest daughter is starting to interview and receive offers since she'll be graduating with an engineering degree next semester. Some of the things that have been included as perks are rather interesting, such as a blackberry, 401K, profit sharing and all other types of health/insurance benefits. She'll never have to worry about having to get a term life insurance quote at the present rate of things being offered to get her to sign with several of these firms...
