More on business cards...

While I'm pretty positive everything will go fine with my recent order of business cards, I should have read a bit more information on business card printing beforehand. An important piece of advice I missed was asking for a free sample to make sure the quality of the cards were as promised. I let my excitement at the idea of having something to pass out when I am at events like the upcoming Roots Camp get in the way of that. Granted I got an excellent price but if for some reason the cards ended up being disappointing, I'll wish I would have taken that extra step...

I need to get myself a business card made up. I have several good ideas, but have not had reason to use any yet. Since I have decided to crash both conventions in 2008, I can hand them out there

Business cards are a minimal expense, not the end of the world if they didn't meet your hopes and desires. Order from another printer and put both on your expense report for the year.

I ordered some "gag" business cards from one of those catalogs that came in the mail.

I ordered 4 sets, each in a different color and the three on the color stock all came at different times but close together except for the one set with a "riskier" job/work description on it.

That one came almost 2-months later than the rest; I guess that they prayed over it until somebody "got it" and laughed out loud ;-)

Hey, for ~$4/1000, I couldn't resist ;-)
