A $3.00 pen but $10.00 shipping?

Okay so I really wanted a PayPerPost pen and that's all. I don't like to wear white t-shirts (not because I'm messy but because....I hate bras and white and braless isn't the image I want to portray) and none of the shirts just have the PayPerPost logo they all have sayings that while cute, aren't me like "I used to be a stripper" or "I make money on my back".

A three dollar pen is more than I would normally spend on a pen but hey, it's 13 inches long and says "PayPerPost" on it. Merrily I cruised along until the very last page:

1 13'' pens (yes, we said 13) $3.00
Subtotal: $3.00
Shipping: $10.00
Tax: $0.15
Total: $13.15

Yikes! I love you guys but seriously, I realize it's supposed to be ten dollars shipping no matter how many items you buy but I only wanted the pen...

(Will this shameless attempt work as far as getting a pen without paying $10.00 in shipping? I'll keep you posted.)

And, there's a new puzzle out there - this time featuring the hp camera, again with a $1,000 pay off. Not sure if I'm going to play this time, it was pretty disappointing to come that close last time and I'm better off expending energy on making money rather than an attempt that ends up with nothing but a folder full of puzzle pieces. Dreaming about winning is cool, especially when $1,000 could really come in handy but for some reason dreaming alone just doesn't seem to work when reality is knocking at your door wanting to be paid.

Good luck trying to get that pen. While the logo would be nice, I tend to get pens for their writerliness (probably not an actual word), otherwise my fingers get too cramped to use them after a few hours.

As for white t-shirts and bralessness (another unlikely word), I have to say pink or yellow, any pastel, is usually just as bad. Have you ever tried bras without underwires...they're worlds more comfortable.

Stephanie! It's so nice to see you!

I've tried various types of bras definitely without underwires. I found one brand that I could actually wear without feeling like I was being tortured and of course they quit making it.

I've been there, too! I've learned to live with the torture, though. At a DD/E gravity is a worse enemy than constriction.

Thankfully that's not an issue for me. There was a time when I wasn't even a A before I had the kids and now I'm to the point at a between B and C that I probably will have to face reality that I need to go thru the torture of bra shopping again.

I recommend wireless cotton. They make those that are kind of a cross between sports bra, which smush, and regular bras...and they are fairly comfortable. Target carries the find I like the most. I think they're made for Hanes, but since I tend to clip the tags I can't be sure.

That's an expensive pen alright!

Regarding the puzzle contest. I came really close too and was very disappointed when I didn't get it. I'd been up for something like 36 hours at the end so it really took a lot out of me. But .... If you don't try to get the pieces you can't win at all. I thought about not playing this time round too, but a $1000 prize would come in handy right now so I'm in - even if it kills me this time round! LOL

Biting you would be a pleasure, it's too bad "CreamAid" doesn't have an opportunity for Victoria Secret because you two (Lisa and Stephanie) can make some extra cash.

:)

Gee thanks sweetheart I'm sure that's exactly what Stephanie and I have always dreamed of doing..being Victoria Secret models....NOT - lol

Tricia - that's very true but I don't think I have it in me to stay up all night searching and I have another political blog that is pretty time demanding. So, I'll wish you very good luck in being the winner.

No, thank you!!! I prefer remaining visually anonymous.

I was pretty confident you'd agree with me on that one Stephanie.
