A strange dream and link lovin Thursday....

I guess I dream but I normally don't remember my dreams. This morning Miguel woke me up way too early to ask me a question and I was in the middle of a strange dream. Strange because I was dreaming about my junior prom (I'm 46) and to make it even stranger my date was Miguel. Which of course with him being younger than me isn't possible but in my dream he was the same age as I was. What does this mean? I don't have a clue, except maybe I've been breathing in too many paint fumes. :-)

Anyway...let's make your OTA dreams come true! You know what to do, and if you don't? Visit The Crazy Rants of Samantha Burns

Dreams can be very interesting! Perhaps you may find a couple sites to be interesting as well, such as:

To dream that you are attending or going to a dance, indicates a celebration and your attempts to achieve happiness. Consider the phrase the "dance of life" which suggests creation, ecstasy, and going with what life has to offer you.

Well that sounds promising...

Well if paint fumes make you dream like that then let me head on over to Home Depot and pick up some other flavours ;) lol.

Yeah I love you too ;)

Nothing like slamming you spouse on her blog for us to see.

You might want to get some of that paint thinner, Miguel. I hear that you can get all kinds of funky dreams from that. ;)

He's been teasing me every since he read the blog. I'd retailiate but I am too darn tired. We are almost done with sanding the floors unfortunately at the part where the corners and along the wall have to be hand sanded. We thought we could just get away with a light sanding but it didn't work out that way. However, it will look awesome when it is done, no staining just a few coats of varnish. It's all starting to come together.

Wow - I can't even remember my junior prom, let alone dream about it.

I used to have these weird dreams that I was in high school again, and I was about to flunk out.

They stopped after I went back to college and got my BA.

Once in a while I get strange dreams about my old job at Joe Louis Arena in the 1980s, and one particularly challenging boss I had.

I may start painting the living room again.

I didn't go to the junior prom. I do remember parts of my senior prom. Like being locked in the band room until I asked Stephanie R. Asking Karen why we didn't go together and her saying it was because I never asked her. And trying to sell Steph at the prom so that I could spend the time with Karen. Unfortunately, the guy who she was talking to only wanted to lease her for a few minutes.

I usually dream about the military or some type of security thing like the CIA. I should turn my dreams into a novel while the military is still the "in" thing to support

Perhaps Miguel is your true love and you wish you could have had him for more of your past?

Of course, I have weird dreams all the time...and if I tried to make sense of them I wouldn't bother writing fiction!
:-)

Never went to any of my proms though... Didn't have a date until senior prom and Mom said I could have a prom dress or a wedding dress, but not both. Silly me, I chose to get married...and don't regret it for a moment!

Well there was that one moment during the first year when I realized I had to grow up now...
