Stand down, Rehnquist has returned home

Earlier one of those cute little red "Breaking news" banners at CNN announced that Supreme Court Chief Justice Rehnquist had been taken to the hospital with a fever. As we should know from the last time his hospitalization for a fever was headline news that fevers are not that uncommon for someone who has undergone a tracheotomy.

Maybe tomorrow Bob will get over his CNN bad behavior and make some more predictions about Rehnquist retiring. Wait..maybe that's part of what is bugging Bob, he thinks Rehnquist is doing this on purpose to make him look bad.

Not that he needs any help.
