The advocate's superpower would be an unfettered penchant for cutting through bureaucratic red tape, which the costumed crusader did with an oversized pair of scissors.
Shows Keith Wilkowski not only has a sense of humor but either he or his campaign staff is creative. Nice touch Keith.

We have a real Superman here in St CLoud, MN. He dresses up and carries his boombox with teh Superman theme on a loop and has been known to hold up pictures of Reagan and Bush. I will have to try and locate him since he has been banned from his favorite corners for harassign people
