Well we already knew according to Tom Shales that bloggers were some new subculture and bellicose. (Never forget the subculture of bellicose bloggers) My oldest daughter asked me yesterday if I had seen the latest Doonesbury comic that is about bloggers. I used to read Doonesbury more often but now that I'm on a dial up most times it takes to long to load so I don't read it.

That is for the enjoyment of fellow crackpot losers who are underemployed, angry, lazy and have no journalistic talent and if what they were saying was so important? They'd be paid for it. Oh and you eat cat food too -
And here I thought I did it because it was fun. I love doing this but I'm not going to eat cat food, so if it is some secret ritual that I have to do later? Forget about it......

I saw that today and thought of you and your happy band. I thought it was funny. But as Henry Kissinger said once, " The only thing worst than being in Doonesbury, is not to be in it." So bloggers are in good, and not so good, company.
Plus the fact that if bloggers weren't getting any attention then noonr would make fun of them.
Happy 4th of July! Time to see the really expensive Macy's fireworks on TV!!!
Doonesbury is funny, however you know me, once I saw it I couldn't not write about it - lol
We just got back from the Toledo display...awesome as always and found an excellent spot to sit in this year not only was it perfect as far as viewing location but no skeeters.
