Genarlow Wilson can't get time back but can get out of jail..

After quite a few court battles and an attempt to change the law, it appears that Genarlow Wilson will be freed from jail.

While I don't think anyone advocates sexual encounters by mutual consenting teenagers at parties, being sentenced to ten years in prison and having to register as a sexual offender was and is considered by many to be overly harsh for an oral sex encounter.
