In 2007 Oprah said Obama was "The One"

"For the very first time in my life, I feel compelled to stand up and to speak out for the man who I believe has a new vision for America," and told the audience of 15,000 said, "I am here to tell you, Iowa, he is the one. He is the one!"

Apparently? Others feel he is the "The One" too:



The outrage by Obama supporters is all over the blogopshere, others realize it's supposed to be humor and find it funny. Some are claiming to be offended, and the usual few who claim that they supported McCain until this ad.

The reality? The McCain camp has learned quickly that creating web ads with a touch of controversy gets them not only talked about but free media play of their YouTube ads. Humor has a huge part in campaigns, like one of my old favorites....
