First Lady popularity
CNN Deputy Political Director Paul Steinhauser explains which potential First Lady Americans are warming to.
Who cares? Seriousily...Just as I thought it was stupid with the whole Laura Bush versus Teresa Heinz Kerry saga, we are now seeing some of the very same liberal bloggers who felt Teresa was being unfairly attacked go after McCain's wife and Michelle Obama is being judged to the point of how she dresses when she goes out to dinner with her husband.
My advice? Get a life people...Unless a spouse has a job that would somehow conflict with the abilities for someone to be president? Who they marry is typically not one of the deciding factors when deciding who to vote for. Be honest, how many of you said, "OMG I'm voting for George Bush because Laura Bush rocks" or "OMG I support Teresa Heinz Kerry, she kicks ass so I'm voting for her husband."
Yes, I know, I know, wives of candidates are paraded out there to campaign on behalf of their husbands, but unless they make a huge mess of things while out there campaigning and say things that are totally off base, while that may be newsworthy in the end it's not going to have a huge impact on how either of the two candidates perform as President. Same thing should go for candidates kids, they aren't running for president either...

Even though it's all BS, have you noticed that Michelle Obama has been quiet for the past few weeks. Hmmmmmmmmmm. Could it be that if she opens her mouth in public that she might say something that will piss more people off than planned?

And have you noticed that Obama is now wearing his flag pin?
I agree with Lisa. Who cares about the spouses and their views, the way the dress, or what they say.
