Musty basements...

I spent most of the afternoon cleaning which entailed spending some time in the basement, where it is much cooler but I think the old dehumidifier we had either needs a serious cleaning (tomorrow's project) or it might be time to look for a new one if that doesn't help. Technology has really changed when it comes to this and some of the newer ones especially the Ebac dehumidifiers not only do a better job in eliminating the musty smell but other allergens as well.

How long the house remains clean is debatable, but at least for now it is clean.
