Have you seen these digital picture frames?

I have to admit until the other day I had no idea what a digital picture frame was, I was happy just to be able to have a new computer that could burn slide shows on a DVD to be able to share with people. Yet with the technology behind the digital photo frame you take the memory card from your camera and insert it into the frame, this creates an instant slide show of photos where ever the frame is.

When you want to change pictures, it's as easy as changing the card, which would mean those walls full of family photos that you have to change every time there is a new picture would be obsolete, with a digital frame, you just change the card. While you could of course save the previous pictures on your computer or print them out later, the possibilities of what can be done with one of these digital picture frames is endless. For me I instantly thought of my brother in law who has been visiting with us but does not have a computer, with one of these frames he'd have all of the pictures taken here to be able to share without having to have everyone gather around the DVD player.
