Air Traffic Control System to be upgraded...
Back when my father was alive and was a pilot it was obvious an upgrade was way over due, now, several years later, it appears this might actually be happening according to this NPR piece, Air Traffic Control System Gets Overhaul. This is good news especially for those who are Air Traffic Controllers but also will make flying easier and safer for pilots and passengers.
