Students create alcohol powder....

Granted this is not available here in the US, but I'd bet it will only be a matter of time before it's seen here. Dutch students have developed powdered alcohol which they say can be sold legally to minors, all that is necessary is to add water and it becomes an alcoholic beverage with a 3 percent alcohol volume. You have to wonder about the legality because while it is legal in the Netherlands to consume alcohol at age 16, these student creators admit their goal is to be able to sell it to those under the age of 16.

The name of their product? Booz2Go...
