Musing about Hawaii...

The other night my youngest daughter and I were watching movies and she wanted to watch Pearl Harbor. She'd never seen it before and though she's learned a bit about history and that event, watching the movie with her made me realize why I would really want to go to Hawaii. I know I'd cry when I saw the Arizona, the knowledge of how many died would hit me first hand at that moment. Hawaii has a culture and a history that sets it apart from the other states in the US.
