Interesting way of advertising...

The one house on my street with the problem rental residents appears to be soon ending as the property was again put up for sale. What was interesting was I got a postcard from the agent listing the house letting us know it was for sale in case we were interested in it as an investment property. I do have to admit thinking about not having those particular tenants living on this street could be considered an investment...An investment in peace and quiet and no pit bulls running loose...
