Hectic days make me consider...

Lately things have been so hectic that I don't seem to have as much time to catch up with friends and family. Sometimes I wonder if I should schedule some type of video conferencing just to be able to get a chance to "see" some of them rather than to have brief phone chats. That expression about "two ships passing in the night" seems to fit the way it's been here.
