Students sue over copyright issues and anti-cheating program

A group of high school students who are not accused of cheating, but do not like the way their work is being used to assist a company profiting from locating plagiarism have filed a lawsuit. Or to be accurate, their parents have filed on their behalf...

While I understand the reason why some teachers may prefer to use an anti-cheating service, I also understand the students who do not want their work copied or archived without their permission. It should be an interesting case on the topic of what constitutes "fair use".
