Yes, there is more than drink pictured, do red wine and dark chocolates really help you health wise? Perhaps, but even if not...they are enjoyable...

Even though I don't "drink" in this sense, I have heard the same thing about the wine. I don't know about the chocolate... although I do know that the darker the chocolate the more acceptable it is for those who diet. Also the more bitter it tastes.

Lovely photo. Both dark chocolate and red wine are supposed to be rich in antioxidants, which are good for one's health.
Even if dark chocolate and red wine DON'T do anything good for you health-wise it probably doesn't hurt to at least try it!
