Friday Feast 134

Appetizer
What is your usual bedtime? Do you like that, or would you rather it be different?

I don't have a set bedtime, though I do realize I should to go bed earlier than I do, sometimes I get caught up in working on something and before I know it, it's 2:00 a.m. or later.

Soup
When it comes to advice, do you give more or receive more?

I give advice often, especially since people turn to me for lots of reasons and I'm glad I can be there for them

Salad
Describe a memorable meal you've had.

It was on a trip to New Orleans, we were staying at the Fairmont and my husband and I decided to order room service. From the salad to the dessert it was the most amazing meal I have ever had to the point I have even dreamed about being able to return to order that very same meal. The special Fairmont House Salad, a jumbo shrimp cocktail, Seafood Gumbo and Bananas Foster....

Main Course
Name a work of fiction that affected the way you think about something.

Madame Bovary, it made me realize that we may always want what we cannot have but it can destroy us and those around us, realizing too late who really loved us.

Dessert
What is your favorite type of fruit juice?

Red Wine? hehehe. Okay a real fruit juice would be Pineapple as my favorite.

Loved Madame Bovary, as well. I know as I keep reading I'll wish I had listed everyone else's ideas!

Also, I used to live in Findlay, OH, and visited Toledo a lot. Loved it there.

Wine is made out of grapes, so indeed it's a fruit juice, which sometimes can make you fall under the table, lol !

Umm, grapes are fruit. Wine is made of fermented grapes. Yep, definitely qualifies as fruit in my world ;)

Same here. Sometimes I forget the time while reading my favorite blogs and before I know it, it's past 2am. But I try my best to go to bed by 1am.

Madame Bovary ... now I could not forget that because it was my book report in high school. I got a good grade for it. :)

Happy weekend!
