Barefoot cruises sound so tempting....

My father always wanted to have a sailboat and live part of the year on the boat, so I think that's part of the reason why being able to take one of the barefoot type cruises has always appealed to me. Or maybe it's too many pirate movies...either way, I've always enjoyed researching information on boat charters to be able to dream about the type of trip I'd take. While growing up I spent a lot of time on Lake Erie, I've only taken one trip on a boat in the Ocean on a glass bottomed boat which increased my interest in sailing...
