Cheese Waffies delayed by storm...

Adding insult to injury, thanks to the snow storm that we had today here in Toledo my expected delivery of my beloved Cheese Waffies has been delayed. We had a level three snow emergency until 2:00 p.m. which meant that all un-necessary drivers were to stay off of the roads and you could be arrested if you were a non-essential person out on the roadways. That said, it would appear of course that Cheese Waffies were not essential. However, tomorrow, Cheese Waffie heaven should be present when Fed Ex arrives at my door.

(Yes C...I'm taunting you...) :-)

Oh the humanity of it all!! How will you survive this conflict of nature vs. cheese waffles? My God, the tests and tribulations that you are going thru? Screw Durfur, Lisa hasn't had her cheese waffles in three days! Oh Lordy, Lordy! Will the world keeping turning on it's axis? Will the fate of the world be in....ok I'll stop here before I get too rude.

We had our first real snow storm of winter. Of course the media is saying it's the No'easter of '07. We had three inches of snow and that's the No'easter? I hate the news. A bunch of a-holes who should be replaced with the Simpsons all the time. With sleet and ice in the mix, schools were cancelled and we couldn't get up our hill that the plows wait until every other street is done, so an unpaid workday for me.

But it was nothing compared to your horror of no cheese waffles! God in Heaven help her!!!!!!!

(Yes, I went there again)

Considering my shipment started in NJ - my first thought was you had something to do with the Cheese Waffie delay.

It's funny that three inches out there is a panic and yet here in the NO CHEESE WAFFIE land, we at least wait until it's 8 inches to panic.

Usually the New York Tri-sate area waits until about a foot and a half to lose it's mind, but since we have had about a half inch of snow since the beginning of winter, the news media are all over this like it the end of days. I just didn't want to snow blow and then go to work and no one from my department went, so no mail for the company. HAHA!

I am reading The Culture of Fear written by a socialogists who explains how the media nand government are makig us fear what shouldn't be feared. Very good read. Now, I loathe the news whereas I use to just hate them. I recomend it and see if you can see patterns of fear mongering in the upcoming election.

The book has nothing to do with cheese waffles, which are $2.19 a bag here in NJ (How much do you pay for them in Ohio?), but I still think the book is good to read.

That does sound like a good book and it sounds like it would be cheaper to send you money to be my Cheese Waffie connection. They're $2.95 a bag plus shipping.
