My first Friday Feast...

Appetizer

If you could take lessons to learn any musical instrument, which would you want to learn?

Growing up I learned how to play the guitar but I always wanted to learn how to play a harp. There was just something so appealing about the music and I still listen to a harp play today and feel the same way.

Soup

Have you ever mistaken a person for someone else?

Yes, I'm horrible with names and good with faces so I often confuse people. I try to wait until they give me a clue as to their name so they don't think I don't remember them.

Salad

On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being highest, how well do you keep secrets?

Ten! That's why so many people trust me with their secrets.

Main Course

What's the closest you've ever been to a dangerous animal?

I take my life daily in my hands living in this household where dangerous cats lie in wait on the stairs in what can only be felt is a purposeful attempt to kill me.

Dessert

When was the last time you lost your patience?

Just a few moments ago when I was trying to be creative with my writing and my husband decided to be a pest as well has having eaten all my orange slices so that I could smell oranges and wanted one but he didn't even save the last of MY orange slice candy for me.

I know about the cats!! We have two. They do tend to try their hardest to keep us on our toes....eh? I trip on them a lot---and the one cat loves to dart in front of me in the dark....and behold. A trip coming!!!

My feast is ready...come join me and partake in some dessert?

Great feast. I have a harp as well. I saw that cartoon you found, but it meant nothing to me. I guess it's someone up for election in the US.

Hey Lisa Renee,

I'm Lisa Kae--a mother of two sons and also a Liberal. Great to meet you. This is also my 1st feast, so we have stuff in common. Like your site, I'm fairly new to blogging and have a ways to go. We have two cats--one indoors and the other is indoor/outdoor and sometimes they don't get along--in fact, that's probably when I've been close to a dangerous animal but didn't mention it. I'm bookmarking your site. Have a great week.

The harp is an amazing instrument! One of my high school guidance counselors played it and I was always a bit jealous that she knew how!!

Haha, cats are dangerous creatures. I have several friends who are certain their cats are plotting their deaths.

Happy Friday!

I LOVE the harp. It is so beautiful, but it is a pain because it is difficult to take from place to place. That's why I love my flute -- it fights nicely in my bad and goes everywhere with me. The harp is not easy to learn, either. But I'd love to try. Maybe when I retire, I get one set up here in my living room and have a go at it.

Presently I am losing my patience because I cant find my keys and its driving me crazy..Love your answers

The harp is so beautiful...don'tcha always picture a beautiful thin blonde with long flowing hair in a long flowing dress playing it? Like an angel?

I saw it was your first feast and thought I would stop by...now that you mention it I would have liked to have played the harp too even though I listed piano...I live near Columbus Ohio though I am a native Ky gal!
:-D
PS...I have a leftover back of orange slice candy...I'm tired of them now that Christmas is over...
