Star war fans...a must visit...

For those of you might not have visited Jason's blog The Glitch. He has an awesome video that he posted last night that I really enjoyed watching, so head on over and watch it. He is one of the bloggers I've featured in the past for my Blog it, Toledo column for the Toledo Free Press.

Darth Mom highly recommends it....

Gorey smileys with light sabers...hmmm.

I'd watch the video, but my computer's way too slow for that kind of thing.

Yes, I almost didn't include them because there is alot of fake blood squirtage but...they do have light sabers....

Miguel got it to play at his job so it might work on dial up - his work network is horribly slow. There is no blood or gore, a light saber battle that contains some violence but no blood.

For being made by a couple of high school kids, it was pretty good. A few missed spots and a couple of editting mistakes (very minor and if you aren't looking for them you won't see them), but a decent short movie. I like the way they can now get the same lightsaber effect light in the Star Wars movies. Ten years ago, you wouldn't have been about to do that on any computer.

A fun little film to enjoy. Yes, i liked it.

If I could learn how to compress video I could upload one that a family friend made in the field behind our old house a few years ago. No light saber effects but it was a pretty good choregraphed fight sequence with real swords filmed for a school project.

Youtube can't take it because it's over 100 MB as it is right now.

It would take me 15 - 20 mins to watch that 5 minute short video. Not quite worth it.

Another awesome thing about writing my column is finding sites like Jason's.

He has all kinds of cool things that he writes about.
