Of course Frankenberry is cooler and even has fans that create webpages about him. Pretty tasty too, especially if you are a fan of Strawberry, which I am. I even like Strawberry Quick; when I found out I was allergic to chocolate decades ago, Strawberry took over for me. So of course I had to try the new Strawberry Mini Wheats. Taste wise they are very similar to Frankenberry, minus the marshmellows of course.
Nutrition wise, the Strawberry Mini Wheats are higher in calorie 60 more per bowl than Frankenberry but Frankenberry is pretty high in sodium (190 mg) to the Mini Wheats having none. Mini Wheats are also higher in protein, 4 g to Frankenberry's 1 gram.
Will the Strawberry Delight Mini Wheats stay around or disappear into the great Cereal beyond like a former favorite of mine Graham Chex? Depends on how many others of you I can get to buy them...

Sorry Lisa, Frankenberry will always be my choice. I don't care if the Mini Wheats taste exactly like Frankenberry, Frankenberry is just plain cooler and has the marshmallows and is worst for you that Mini Wheats.
I refuse to give up this part of my childhood. Fiber will not dictate my life. I vote for taste over bland. I choose to live my life not mearly exists.
Of course this would sound a whole lot more meaningful and dramatic if we were talking something a little bit serious than cereals. But we choose the battles we fight.
Fine, you can stick with Frankenberry...However what is your stance on Lucky Charms?

Too many colors in the marshmellows and I suspect that Lucky is living an alternate lifestyle and I hear that his favorite movie is Brokeback Mountain. ;)
