I may not be a mammal anymore but...

There are more important things, like finding out Liberal Common Sense was Third World County's Featured Blog.

Thank you David! And for anyone who hasn't visited him yet?

He does good blog...

:-)

UPDATE: Since this is kind of on the same topic rather than write another post. I didn't check my site visits earlier so I didn't realize that I broke 15,000 visitors today. I am officially at 15,041 right now. One year anniversary is still several months away...so? Let the hamsters partaaaayyy...

And the pathway too mammaldom starts anew. See you have more power than any Jedi will know. Ooops. Sorry. Just saw Star Wars III on DVD this weekend.

But you are getting there Lisa. Just keep plugging along and no rating system will stop you.

Yes, but I have had fun thanks to the rating system. It is where all good hamsters stem from, the true force....

I learned along time ago never to take a system seriously that is not based on any real evaluation method. If the ecosystem was based on some type of quality factor or an equal balance of visitors and links? Then maybe I'd be more upset about the whole mammal thing. I did work very hard to get to an adorable rodent because I didn't just join blogrolls to get there. So it was kind of mildly irritating to see last night the links I worked for disappear but? Now those are back and the only thing different is the bar was set higher so that the "bigger" large mammals feel more secure in their mammaldomishness. It reminds me of the two tier wage system for union workers. Those that have the "mammal" don't want anyone else to have the "mammal" so they make the rules harder after they became "mammals". It's silly but? That's life and there are more important things to judge a blog by as David reminded me today. That was worth more than some link number.

Great job all the way around. Your blog has become one of my near daily reads. There are so many blogs I like that I cannot possibly read all of them daily. You generally have something to interest me, in some fashion.

Thanks Eric, that means alot to me.

Over 15,000 visitors--cool. Keep it up!

As far as the Ecosystem game goes, I don't really care if I make it to sentience. This way, I can blog any old thing I want and not care whether I make sense or not.

Not that rising above mere mammaldom would change me. heh

David, I agree with you on that one, now that is harder for those of us who once tasted the mammaldom to re-reach that alone I'd be surprised to make that again let alone higher.

Sides, the pressure to give up the hamsters would be too much - lol.

When I started blogging at the end of February and switched to Liberal Common Sense in March I never imagined I'd already have reached that visitor number. I'm pretty satisfied with the way things are, my regular readers are growing and so are the comments depending on the topic. That to me is what is important (along with compliments from bloggers like you and Eric) :-)

Lisa,

I'm sensing a theme.

Or, maybe an obsession developing... ;-)

I must have missed something along the way.

Does it matter?

It mattered because of the hullabaloo that was happening in the TTLB community over it - so rather than be upset about it? I chose the Lisa way, almost to the beat it to a dead horse stage...not quite but almost...

Ahhh!

That explains a lot ;-)

As for me, I was in a bit of a funk yesterday.

I blame it on the hamsters :-)
