The SBC adventure

Still no phone, I am doing fairly well surviving thru my internet withdrawl. I discovered today that the closest laundromat has free internet soooo as I wait for the spin rinse then drying, here I am on line.

I've missed alot between the hurricane and Roberts being appointed the new Chief Justice. However I've gotten a refresher course in why I don't like the mainstream media.

Anyway, I hate to see how long it is going to take SBC to get the dsl order finished given it's taken them over a week to fix the phone line issue. Tomorrow is supposed to be the magic day that the phone repair person shows up.

School started yesterday, Aubrey likes the new elementary, Erin didn't have to change since there is only one high school for our area. Aubrey was campaigning to be homeschooled since she was convinced she would hate the school. Now you'd think she was the one who decided she was going to go there - lol.

Looking forward to catching up with you all and hearing your thoughts on what has been going on.

I missed seeing my 10,000 page view while I off.

Thanks all of you for making blogging not only fun and informational for me. Without you? Would not be something I enjoy this much.

I went to the same elementary school for 7 and a half years. In 5th grade we moved midyear and I went to the other Catholic school on my side of town for a semester. I thought I would hate it, but I loved it and one semester later I was back at the original school because we moved again.

Looks like you can find an escort and drink tea with them now thanks to your other posters

Welcome back Lisa!

I hope your move went well and that you are all settled in your new place.

Remember that SBC may let you down occasionally but your laundromat will always be there ;-)

You were missed...

BTW, watch out for that "laurence of atlanta" character, he/she may have some "tranny" problems in his/her future...

Lisa,

Are you SURE that you're not one of those EVIL (hehehe) conservative types incognito?

It's beginning to look like it to me :-)

Ya know HT, I found myself so frustrated with what I saw on the MS media while I was trying to still stay on top of the news without the net that I really started to wonder. However...if I compare myself to my more libertarian or republican family members? I still can call myself liberal...hehehe
