I'm not overly impressed with some of the questions, especially with Feinstine, she obviously didn't do her homework if that is the best she can come up with to question him about. Now that we've covered the toad will she go for the french fries next?
Oh boy, now we are on to being Catholic....and separation of Church and State.
I will give John Roberts credit though, he is handling himself rather well.

Okay, I was wondering where Sessionis was going as he went thru a several minute description of the whole judicial process to end up making the point that is why a nominee would not make statements as far as future cases.
I agree but sometimes this taking 7 minutes to make what could have been a 30 second statement gets old.
Confirmation that Congress could use a good time management refresher course.
